Reports (Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 – “Whistleblowing”)

Employees and collaborators of SEFO S.r.l. may report any violations or unlawful conduct they become aware of in the workplace.

If you wish to submit a report, please refer to the Reporting Procedure, which defines the proper methods and terms for submitting a report.

The report can be made either in writing or orally (by phone).

Two communication channels can be used:

Call 0575 342010 and explicitly ask for the Reporting Officer.

The first channels ensure the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 – “Whistleblowing”, and safeguard the whistleblower from any retaliation.

All communications are managed in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) on Privacy and in compliance with the information notice pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, available at the following link [PDF]

Under certain conditions, the whistleblower may use an external reporting channel provided by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).

Of course, the whistleblower may always use any institutional channels they deem appropriate.
